Lathe Toft
Lathe is the owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing with him a strong background in reconstruction. Prior to moving to Omaha in 2019, he owned a successful construction company in Iowa. During that time, he subcontracted work for two local SERVPRO franchises before acquiring both in 2016. Since then, Lathe and his wife have expanded their business, now proudly owning and operating four SERVPRO franchises in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.
Outside of work, Lathe enjoys traveling—he is also a licensed pilot—spending time with his family, and making the most of his time on the water.

Nicole Toft
Nicole is the co-owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, alongside her husband, Lathe. With a background in nursing and sales, Nicole brings a unique combination of compassion, dedication, and business expertise to her role. She continues to be driven by a strong passion for helping others and is committed to making a positive impact in her community. Through SERVPRO Team Toft, she strives to deliver exceptional care, ensuring that families and businesses recover quickly and smoothly from disasters.

Andy Petersen
Andy is the Director of Customer and Employee Relations at SERVPRO Team Toft, specializing in customer care and conflict resolution. With a strong background in working with diverse teams, he helps foster both professional and personal growth at SERVPRO Team Toft. Andy has a degree in Intercultural Studies and is IICRC-certified for WRT, FSRT, ASD, and AMRT.

Kevin Lumbert

He holds 9 IICRC Certifications and is Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certified, demonstrating his extensive knowledge in the restoration and reconstruction industry. Mikey Wojcik
Mikey is the Business Development Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, and has been a dedicated member of the team for four years. Starting in production and then transitioning to Job File Coordinator, Mikey now brings nearly 15 years of customer service experience to his current role. With WRT certification, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, driving business growth, and fostering lasting relationships. In his free time, Mikey enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Jarad is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. He began his career in the restoration industry four years ago as a mitigation technician, gaining hands-on experience in disaster recovery and property restoration. He earned multiple industry certifications through dedication and continuous learning and advanced to his current role.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Jarad developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills he applies daily. His focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction ensures every project is completed with professionalism and precision.

Katie Nichols
Katie is the Office Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background in restoration operations. With IICRC certifications in Water Damage and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Katie spent nine years with SERVPRO of Omaha NW before the merger, gaining extensive experience in administrative support, job file coordination, fire cleaning, and contents inventory. Her favorite part of the job is helping people in their time of need, providing both technical expertise and compassionate support during difficult moments.

Shauna has spent the last 8 years specializing in the reconstruction part of this industry and helping homeowners restore their homes after unexpected tragedies. She takes pride in making the restoration process as easy as possible, having great empathy and compassion for homeowners and their unique situations throughout the rebuild process.
